"After Ariyah Elite was assigned to my booking they send me an email that said my booking was for economy and was to cost £26.15, which was not what I booked - I booked the Mercedes E-Class for £34.
The car that arrived however was a BMW 5-series, which is the equivalent to the Merc, so I paid the driver £34 in cash.
I then received an invoice from Ariyah Elite for the amount of £28.33???
So doesn't look like they know what's going on..."
