"My plane trip was delayed and pushed back all evening right up until the moment we took off, so driver couldn't possibly know my arrival time and so meet me inside the airport. But despite the chaos surrounding my arrival time driver met me (at my request) at the drop off/pick up area within 10 minutes of the call. The drive was fast (though not dangerously fast), which was a great relief to me as I was desperate to just get home, as it was already 3 AM at that point. I would leave a tip but can't be certain it would even be payed to the driver (has happened before)."
"On arrival at Southampton - had dificulty getting in touch with main company telephone number, organizing the local company-as we could not find our driver. This was eventually sorted out with apologies and driver arrived.
On return journey from cruise port to Southampton airport on 25/08/19, we had direct contact with the driver -Roman - and our journey could not have been better.....Thanks"
